Reluctantly putting our beloved RV up for sale. Would not be selling except we are expecting twins in the spring and now our family will not fit. We have put tens of thousands of dollars and hours and hours loving this girl back to perfect running order. She had sat for four years when we bought her. In the past year, the following has been done:
New windshields
New mufflers
New hydraulic lines
New gas lines
New carburator
New spark plugs and rotor
New fuel pump and filters
Fuel tank dropped and pressure cleaned
New batteries(4)
Front engine compartment rebuilt(wood between metal had rotted)
New water pump
New engine belts
Our mechanic tells us the engine and tranny are great. Tires have good tread and no sign of dry rot. We had planned to take it cross country next summer, but now we need a trailer that will sleep us all.
Has Ford 460, 32 ft, sleeps 6. Has hydraulic levelers, Onan generator(we never used), water heater, cold AC, Fantastic vent in bathroom, Sealand flush toilet, bathtub, loads and loads of storage, 4 burner stove with microwave/convection oven, two door fridge with icemaker(three way), pull out pantry, queen bed in rear, one large awning and awning over all windows, drivers door, two tvs, vcr, dvd, antenna. This motorhome had every option when new. Would love to keep and probably will until the right offer comes along. Would love to see another family have her. I wouldn’t hesitate to take it anywhere. However, selling as is/where is. No warranties, written or implied...
