2 slideouts, One in the bedroom 7 foot slide, and one in the living room 13 1/2 foot slide.
Dual door access, door in living room area, and door in bedroom.
Has lots of storage, and closet space.
Has pull out lazy-boy sofa with air-up mattress and spring on bottom, very comfy only used a couple of times, like new.
Has full size garden tub, nice size bathroom. Water heater is 10 gallons.
Also has washer and dryer, seperate units.
2 air conditioners, manual crank down leveling jacks. Has small dent in front of trailer. Very nice travel trailer, trailer also has normal wear. Windows have window coverings and pull down shades. All windows have screens. Outside is aluminum, it has two lines of putty like material, that had a oem screen room put up on the outside. Does not come with oem screen room. We purchased this trailer to stay in it while constructing our home in 2004. My husband and I were very pleased with the comfort of the extra room that the slides gave us. We stayed in it for 10 months during winter and summer months during the consrtuction of our home in 2008 & 2009, and this definately was a test because we see 120 degrees here and the air conditioners cooled great and in the winter it get down to the low 30’s at night and the furnace kept it great also.
