2002 MONACO WINDSOR - PBDD, 40 FOOT:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Even the Utility Compartment is extremely clean in this Coach, which was re-designed to be more functional and spacious than Monaco’s original design concept. In fact they were so impressed with how much more spacious and clean looking these ideas made the compartment, that they incorporated some of the ideas into future models. When you are looking at other coaches, pull out the drawers in the kitchen, bedroom, etc, and look to see if the cheap plastic holders that hold the drawer slides in place are cracked or broken. In this Coach, they have all been replaced with non-plastic mounts so that they will no longer be able to crack and break. All of the exterior compartments have always been protected and kept clean, in fact the storage areas look like new. Monaco advised that Batteries normally last about 5-7 years, so they have just been replaced with brand new “original equipment” units as well. Both the Engine and Generator Compartments are extremely clean, and in fact even the Generator only has 230 hours on it. In short, this Coach is ready to give you years and years of trouble free memories.
The Original MSRP for this coach was over $258,000. ASKING $102,900. Dealer appraised for much more, and effectively priced at the NADA Value for a Coach in “Average Condition”. NADA also cautions about the use of their values with the following comment… “Note: Vehicles with low mileage that are in exceptionally good condition can be worth a significantly higher value than the Average Retail price show”.
