We made a recent trip to Shipshewana, Indiana to the Open Range factory and had all of the first-year issues taken care of. Our unit now features a brand-new shower stall (replacing one with a minor leak that did not affect the subfloor), a new deck (our original deck was one of the first ones produced ? O.R. has since manufactured a sturdier deck, and they put one of the new ones on this unit). We also had installed a custom storage compartment for the patio railings.
